In short: use Kollabry lawfully and responsibly, you own the content you create, and access is managed by your administrator. The full terms are below.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kollabry (the “Service”), operated by Oxytal. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
2. Accounts & access
Access is provisioned by your workspace administrator. Authentication uses one-time codes sent to your email address, so you are responsible for maintaining control of that inbox and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your administrator may grant, change, or revoke your access and role at any time. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; or (e) reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership rights in the content you create within the Service, including issues, comments, documents, and retrospective notes (“Your Content”). You grant Oxytal a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to it.
5. Availability & changes
We strive to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxytal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
7. Termination
Your access may be suspended or terminated by your administrator or by Oxytal for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
