Content you create: issues, comments, documents you upload, retrospective notes, and related metadata.

Technical information: session data, basic device/agent information, and activity needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you via one-time email codes, deliver notifications you have enabled (such as issue updates and mentions), secure the Service, and diagnose problems.

4. Email & notifications

We send transactional emails — login codes and activity notifications relating to issues you are involved in. These are part of operating the Service and are not marketing communications.

5. Storage & security

Your data is stored in your workspace’s database, and uploaded documents are stored in secure object storage. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Administrators can disable accounts and remove content.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as email and storage providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

8. Your choices & rights

You can update your profile and manage notification preferences within the Service. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact your workspace administrator to exercise them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated within the Service.
